Its become a new trend of the interview, because in our busy life it might be unable to go for the interview place, so mostly companies are working on phone interview for their time consuming.
1. First preparation the interview before the interview date. Search about the company and their corporate culture, take out all information from the company website that might be use in your interview.
2. When you giving the telephonic interview will make sure that their would be no pets around to you.
3. Recruiter just want to know about your confident manner and intelligent response by their questions. Be sure to charge your phone in advance. Keep important things near you which will need during the interview like CV and other information. so you must convince the interviewer that you will not waste their time and convince that they need you.
4. Interviewer will have a list of questions, so be ready to give answer, but its true that you can't judge immediately in same ways as when face to face with an interviewer. because they don't get the body language and face to face situation.
5. When interview will complete then make sure to ask interviewer e-mail address and phone number for future contact directly and last say Thank you note after the end of the interview.
