ప్రస్తుతం బరువు సమస్య చాలా మంది ని వేధిస్తుంది. దాన్ని తగ్గించుకునే మార్గం లో చాలామంది ప్రాణాలనే పనంగా పెడుతున్నారు. కొవ్వు కరిగించుకోవడం, కోయించుకోవడం ఇలా ఎన్నో రకాల వైద్యాలు ఉన్నా వాటివల్ల ఎదుర్కునే సమస్యలు చాలా ఉన్నాయి. తాజాగా ఒక సినీ తార కూడా ఈ విధానం వికటించి చనిపోయింది.. సఫలమై ఆనందంగా జీవించే వారు ఉన్నారు విఫలమై మరణాన్ని చేరుకున్నవారు ఉన్నారు. ఇవి చేయించుకునేందుకు యోగ్యత లేని వారు ఇంట్లో ఉంటూనే బరువు తగ్గవచ్చు. అధిక బరువు వల్ల ఆరోగ్యపరం గా కూడా మంచిది కాదు. దేని వల్ల అనేక వ్యాధులు తలెత్తుతాయి. టైమ్ కి భోజనం, రోజూ వ్యాయామం చేస్తూ, ఒత్తిడి కి గురి కాకుండా చూసుకోవాలి. ఇలా రోజు చేయడం వలన బరువుతగ్గె అవకాశం ఉంది. వీటితో పాటు ఒక అధ్బుతమైన పానీయం తాగడం వలన బరువు కచ్చితం గా తగ్గవచ్చు అంటున్నారు నిపుణులు. ఆశ్చర్యం గా అనిపించినా ఇది నిజం.

కావలసినవి: • నీళ్ళు-8 గ్లాసులు • అల్లం వేరు -1 టేబుల్ స్పూన్( తరిగినది) • దోసకాయ-1 (మీడియం) • నిమ్మకాయ-1 • పుదీనా ఆకులు-12

 తయారుచేసే విధానం:

• ముందుగా దోసకాయ తీసుకుని తొక్క ను తీసి , దోసకాయను సన్నగా తరగాలి.

• దానిలో నిమ్మకాయ రసాన్ని కలపాలి.

• ఇప్పుడు విడిగా వేరే ప్లేట్ ని తీసుకొని 12 పుదీన ఆకులని బాగా మెత్తగా పేస్ట్ చేయాలి.

• అన్నిటినీ ఇప్పుడు 1 టేబుల్ స్పూన్ అల్లం తో బాగా కలిపి రాత్రంతా నానపెట్టాలి.

• ఉదయం లేవగానే 8 గ్లాసుల నీళ్ళు ఆ మిశ్రమం లో కలపాలి.

• దాహం వేసినప్పుడల్లా ఈ జూస్ ని సేవించాలి.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination administered and conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and seven Indian Institutes of Technology that are listed below on behalf of the National Coordination Board - GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.

The GATE committee, which comprises of representatives from the administering institutes, is the sole authority for regulating the examination and declaring the results.The overall coordination and responsibility of conducting GATE 2014 lies with Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, designated as the Organizing Institute for GATE 2014.

New in GATE 2014
1) Examinations for all the 21 papers will be conducted by an ONLINE Computer Based Test (CBT). The online examination paper will contain some questions for which numerical answers must be keyed in by the candidate using the virtual keypad. Rest of the questions shall be of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) type.

2) GATE 2014 examinations will be held during forenoon and afternoon sessions on alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday) between 1st February 2014 and 2nd March 2014. Examination for some of the papers in GATE 2014 will be held in multiple sessions. Exact details on complete examination schedule will be notified at a later date.

3) A new paper "Ecology and Evolution" is introduced in GATE 2014.

Note : Changes in GATE 2013 that will continue to remain in force for GATE 2014.

AP PGECET 2013 – Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test

Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) is AP State Level Common Entrance Test for admission into Regular PG Courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Pharmacy (ME / M.Tech./ M.Pharmacy / M.Arch ), Graduate level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate) for the academic year 2013-2014 conducted by University College of Engineering, Osmania University on behalf of A.P. State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), a statutory Body of the Government of A.P., Hyderabad.

PGECET 2013 Admissions Important Links

PG Professional Programs:

The A.P. State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad will be issuing a separate notification for admission as per the admission policy for PG professional courses.
Preference will be given to GATE qualified candidates in admissions to various PG professional programmes in the Institutions / Colleges of the State of Andhra Pradesh. After exhausting GATE qualified candidates, the remaining vacant seats will be filled with those candidates who have secured ranks in the PGECET-2013 as per Merit Order.
As per the latest AICTE approval process Hand Book eligibility criterion for admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses is 50% marks in group subjects taken together in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved category). However candidates shall fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down in the relevant GOs at the time of admissions.
All PG programmes of Part Time / SSS / Sponsored courses shall not come under the purview of this test (PGECET-2013)

Graduate Level Pharm-D (PB) course:

Please note that this is a Graduate level 3-year program (UG) in Pharmacy with B.Pharmacy as entry qualification approved byPharmacy Council of India, New Delhi. Candidates qualified in PGECET –2013 only will be eligible for admission into the course on the basis of merit.

Eligibility:

The candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
The Candidate should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh.
The Candidate should satisfy the local/ non-local status requirements as laid down in the regulations of admission.
Candidate should obtain at least 50% marks (45% in case candidate belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
